My husband is on the Heart transplant list, I am his wife and was wanting to talk with anyone that is or has been though the same things that I am going thought. I am there is support him, but because of the stress I am breaking down mentally and physically, I try and hide if from him and to be strong but inside it is killing me to watch him go though this. We are very active in our church and they all say that they are there for me, but none of them really know what I am going though.

I just left the pharmacy not to long ago in tears, I am not sure what to do and am turning to you all for help. I had my kidney transplant three years ago. After the transplant we applied for any help that we could get to help pay for my medicine. We were turned down for everything, even from the Kidney Foundation. We have constantly been told we make too much and have insurance. My doctor just tried to reapply for me to several places. The last insurance company although it was still pretty… Continue

Sharday's story began on 7/25/86 in Anchorage, Alaska. From the beginning she was old soul, the things she would share amazed me. Things about your life being a certain way because there were lessons to be learned. Sharday spoke to me of lessons while Iwas going thru a bitter divorce with her dad. She was 12 at the time.
Comments like,'hey, mom ya better start figuring out what you're gonna do. I'm not going to be around for long, One day she even said, 'ya know mom one day, you wait… Continue

So last week his bilirubin was 7.5 and today 11-13-08 it is 6.5 so it went down, but his sandimune levels… Continue

Well hello again, last time i wrote, my husband was having some trouble and things where not normal? Normal what is normal for someone with 2 liver transplants??? Anyways he got out of the hosptial 2 weeks ago and went for his first blood test since then, and of course the waiting is the worst part, but glad to say that things are stable. For me that is a good thing and I am happy with stable, the doctors keep saying the numbers are not in the normal range and I feel like screaming when they… Continue

Several of you responded with anything from "Get your head out of your ...." to praying for and with me. I sat back for several weeks, and really sought God's will through prayer. I am truly pleased to inform you, that I am moving forward with my writing. Last night I was told that some of my blogs were forwarded to friends of… Continue
