5 weeks post transplant
It has been 5 weeks since the transplant. Chantal is doing great. She has spent the last week at the beach. I am doing alot better. I feel real good most days. Still get tired easy but I have no pain. My new kidney is functioning perfectly. All is good. I'd also like to thank everyone for their well wishes.

Hey ya'll, howzit? I am living every day in eager anticipation of the next. I am thankful every time I wake up simply for the fact that I DID wake up. I am alive. I refuse to be sick. June 24th Kidney Transplant
My wonderful friend Chantal has donated her kidney to me. She is recovering well. I have only had one set back but that has been taken care of and now I am doing great. Can't wait to drive again.

I had VT again last night (Friday, the 4th). I was getting into bed @ 2345, and the heart just "took off". I sat down, and switched ,from battery power on my LVAD, to "house" power, for the night. I no sooner lay my head on the pillow, then here it came, kind of like that freight train in the Coors Light commercial. Out of nowhere. I headed to the ER, for the "usual",… Continue

European,UK,USA -Transplant Games..and 4th July+World Tranx Games Query...
Hey everyone!!
It's been a while again...my life has been so busy and still will be the next couple months. It is my 2nd post double-lung transplant anniversary on July 9th, which falls into the UK's National Transplant Week (6th-13th July). For this reason, I have been busy with media and done 4 interviews for newspapers - I will wait until they all are out and attach a link soon (with the best one..lol)
