- I waited allmost 4 years for a Liver. They told my family if they wanted to see me to come right away. I didn't have much longer. I went down hill real fast.Two days late I was blessed with a Liver. The surgery was harder than I had expected. I tried to stand up 4 days after the surgery and was very surprized at how weak I was.I was back in the hospital 3 times in the first 4 monthes due to an infection and had to be on IV therapy at home. But feel better now even riding my Motorcycle again
