Hi Michael, how nice to hear from you. What is going on? Are you doing okay?
Talk about accents.....my husband, Jon, just returned from Cairnes yesterday after a 10 day trip. He went to some very good friends of ours daughter's wedding. He's English, our friends are transplanted Jamaicans who have raised their children in Australia. My husband from the age of 10 lived in Jamaica where he grew up with our friends. When they have come to visit us here in California, I have a hard time with all the accents and patois'. He (Jon ) fell in love with Cairnes and wants to go back. He can't get over how everyone there is "so nice"! The place is gorgeous, I can tell by the photos. Where exactly are you? I am very glad you enjoy The Funny Bone. Thanks. Hugs to you.

So I had my first liver tx in 2005 (living donor) and had bile duct issues. I had a 2nd tx March 16th and have bile duct problems yet again and now I'm faced with needing a 3rd tx. Has anyone out there had 3 transplants? I've been stuck in hospital since March and the doctors want to send me home...even though I still require IV antibiotics and a VACC system. My family and I are quite nervous.
