Profile Information

How are you touched by transplantation?
I am a Relative of Someone with a Transplant, I am a Transplant Facilitator / Professional / Supporter
What do you do for a living?
I am the Public Affairs Coordinator for LifeLink Foundation, Inc. My job is to promote organ and tissue donation through various media, respond to media and community inquires, organize special events and oversees the Transplant Advocacy Groups (TAG).
Transplant surgeons, doctors, coordinators and facilitators: What hospital(s), or organizations do you practice in, work for, or work with and where?
LifeLink of Georgia is a division of the Foundation in which I represent. LLGA is the organ recovery organization that is responsible for the state of Georgia and two counties in South Carolina (Aiken and Edgfield.) I work in Augusta, Georgia and my territory is South/Southeast Georgia.

I work closely with Donate Life Georgia to educate Georgians on organ, tissue, and eye donation. LifeLink of Georgia is also the facilitator of Georgia's online Organ, Tissue, and Eye Donor Registry.
About Me: Please use this space to tell the community about yourself and your unique experience with transplantation:
My mom was blessed with the Gift of Life in August 2002, a mere week before I began college. During my 4 years at Georgia College & State University, I volunteered my time as the Student Coordinator of Life Takes Guts; a college based program to educate young adults on organ, tissue, and eye donation.

After my graduation, I began working for LifeLink to continue to give back what was so graciously given to my family. I've been with LifeLink since November 2006 and have enjoyed every moment!
