Don't give up Robi or Sharon. Try to push yourself through at least walking. You will eventually develop some stamina & it will get easier & easier. If something specific hurts, consistantly, make sure you tell your Dr. If they ok it, then stick it…

Hey you:
It upsets me to tell you that I can't make the games after-all. I will be going to Florida to take our older son to Florida state to persue his Masters. I had planned on it and this came up. I am so bummed but proud of my son. I most definately will be there 2012. Good luck to you and the team: GO TEAM NORCAL! I will be thinking of you all and wish you all the best of luck. There were so many people I was planning on meeting and am very disapointed I'm unable to attend. Take care, be safe and have a great trip. If you are going to Transplant Cafe's party say hello to Nelson for me.

I too agree that exercise & eating right is such the key to doing well:) I have had 2 kidney/pancreas tx (2/17/90 & 8/4/09) a Kidney (my wifes) 8/6/92. Well I hope you're doing well? Yes I am doing really good and 'we' I am very thankful 'thank you Jesus:)' nice to meet you....Tracy
