Thats true I had a Liver Transplant (8-29-04) I got the mercedees scar and a Kidney Transplant (7-13=09) bikini scar I guess that all the marks I need on this body. I will get me a pretty butterfly necklace. LOL

WOW I thought if I got a tattoo i would surely die LOL thanks for sharing I have some other medical and financial things to work out first but its good to know I could possibly get the little butterfly I've wanted since my first transplant.:)

I have Polycistic Liver and Kidney Disease my Mother had it and my grandmother and my Great grandmother. I did not know that I had it until I was 37 years old. My Liver grew to be 22 pounds by the time I was 50 I was bless to get a Liver Transplat August 29, 2004. July 3 2008 My Kidneys stop functioning and I had to go on Dialysis,I was blessed with 3 possible donors and one was better match. July 13 2009 I had my Kideny Transplant and no more Dialysis. I am so gratteful to be alive and able to share my story with others. I thank God for my wonderful husband Billy of 35 years, my sweet daughter Angela (31) and my precious grandsonTaylin(15mo),
