My daughter was born with severe congential heart disease and not expected to live without a life saving heart transplant. She received that special gift at 5 weeks old. I am now committed for Life to the cause.

Hi Mona,
Just wanted to let you know that I am doing good. I still have my treatments 3 days a week but i have adjusted to it ok and Iv'e been trying to get out more. Im not back to work yet though we'll see how that goes. I got a lot of free time on my hands so if you need help with anything or want to hang out just let me know. Mikie

Hi Mona, I already left Sara a note but wanted to come over here and tell you it was great meeting you and Sara and yes, I finally found Tom H hahaa. He was upstairs practicing. I gave him his stuff and he gave me my team So Cal shirt I've been wanting :o) Anyway, stay in touch!

Good morning Mona,
It's great to hear from you! I enjoy seeing the photos of the, now young ladies--Brittney and Sara. They both look great and bring a big smile to my face just to see how they have grown.
For me, I am pursuing my dreams--I wrote the movie screenplay of my book and working hard on seeking a producer/production company. In addition I co-authored a children's book using my "Organ Buddies" characters to help kids understand more about their soild organs and transplantation. I 'm hoping to get a publisher to take on the book. ---In regards to the games, I might come by just to see lots of folks. I too have not made any arrangements to date. It would be great to see you, Michelle and your beautiful "young ladies". My goodness the girls are no longer little girls. ---This website Nelson created is outstanding! Bravo to him! Well I must run. Please give Sara my best and I'm sending you both a big hug. God bless and best of health, Lee
