I hope that the biopsy shows nothing serious. I will be sure to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I also just want to thank you for all the informative posts you have made in the past and for displaying such a positive attitude. I appreciate how encouraging you are. I hope all else is going well for you. Best of wishes.
Donna Keeble said… Matthew, thanks for the reply! You look great! And your children/grandchildren are precious! Well, I hope I feel better afterwards, because I don't think I could feel much worse now! It's just a very scary place for me now, I guess.
Anyhow, take care and thanks again!

Paula M. Rice said… Like anything else, I think quality of life is something you need to strive for. Go head first into your passions, even when you feel like $%&*^%#$! It's harder than waiting for the TX., believe it or not. Some days, it takes a good talking to, to myself, just to get out of bed. As much as I hate it, working out does help. It supposedly releases endorphins or some such. I just know I feel better, afterwards. It doesn't have to be strenuous or particularly hard. You just have to get the body moving. Swimming works best for me, but, the gym is an OK alternative. If you can stand the foul language coming out of the mouths of the youths, mall walking, IE window shopping also works. I love watching the people. It may be rude, but, it is fun. Hope this helps. Hugs & Blessings, Paula
