How are you? My name is Dan, I'm 30 years old from Bristol, England. I hope you dont mind, but I am looking to increase the awareness of renal failure and what is required with regards to kidney dialysis. I had a previous transplant attempt last year from my father but unfortunately failed, and now I have developed antibodies against my mother so I need desensitisation therapy first before I can try with donation from her which should be in the next month - 6 weeks.
I was recently rejected for making a disability claim from my local council offices in the UK and I think this is wrong and that more renal patients should be given better access to help when required so I have set up a petition website at:

Its free to sign up and you will be helping potentially hundreds if not thousands in the UK with recognition. I am approaching people with kidney failure or who have come through the other side, as Im sure you will understand the difficulties experienced first hand.'

Nice to hear from you. I forget, what transplant did you have? Congrats on going to the games. I have only been once to Minneapolis. I really want to try to get to Australia or next time in the states. We should try to get together for lunch or something. Where are you living? I am in Pasadena. My organs are doing quite well!!!
