WOW! This is right out of that Bruce Willis movie, "The 5th Element" which I was just thinking about the other day; the scene where they grow the girl just from the information in the cells of one of the limbs left behind. Awesome!

- I am enjoying life with my wife, Vicky and our five children and six grandkids.
I suffered my first heart attack on my 40th birthday and recieved my transplant at age 58. For 18 years my heart got weaker and weaker. I would not be alive today without the gift of life from my donor and family.
I am a mentor with GTF and enjoy helping others in the transplant community.

Well here it is, i was delayed because we are dealing with blackouts here... MY football shaped flatbread focaccia, made with your recipe, but had to alter some ingredients... used dill instead of rosemary... and used a little too much Mrs Dash... b…
lol. yeah Dr. Weston said end of April was ok to travel if I was outta here by then and my caregiver is going to be with me. =D He just said to get out go to the bathroom and stretch about every 100 minutes. Lil over and hour and a half. =D
