ALMOST 11mos

Hi Hi everyone, Just wanted to update. I am so thankful to have made it this far!!! unfortunatlly I am forgetting about taking my meds. oops but I do feel fine and I have slacked off on my labs. Doctors don't realize how expensive it is. Anyways, I am loosing weight and the old prednisone effects lol. I guess I find it hard to CHOKE down my meds everyday and I don't feel any different. I am gonna try and remember. Does anyone know if me forgetting my meds for about 3 weeks would do any long-term… Continue

June!! 9mos

Things have gotten a whole lot better and it has almost been 9 months :) I now think I am out of the "danger zone". I still can't work but I did get medicaid which helps alot, now I pay 167.00 a month and about 8 bucks for my meds. not bad considering I used to pay about 900.00 a month for meds alone.. And the side effects of the cellcept are considerablly better, no complaints for me!! Thanks to everyone who gave me info on meds and medicaid :). Oh yeah I am also in the middle of writing a book… Continue

You can't forget those woman! After this episode, it will hopefully be smooth sailing for you. Just wanted to let you know I'm thinking about you and wishing you a quick recovery :)

this information is for anyone on disability and had commercial ins( someone , pretn, spouse, or other famly member pays fo rit out of their paycheck), you shoul dbe eligible for mediciad if you are on disabiliyt, and if you do no thave it, apply for it, yoiu should get it, and once yoiu get medicaid, medicaid will the person who is paying for your commercial insuracne if it is found cost effective for them to.
