Well here it is, i was delayed because we are dealing with blackouts here... MY football shaped flatbread focaccia, made with your recipe, but had to alter some ingredients... used dill instead of rosemary... and used a little too much Mrs Dash... b…
lol. yeah Dr. Weston said end of April was ok to travel if I was outta here by then and my caregiver is going to be with me. =D He just said to get out go to the bathroom and stretch about every 100 minutes. Lil over and hour and a half. =D

What a FANTASTIC organisation you are running! Our charity here in the UK (Live Life Then Give Life) seems to have a lot of similarities to yours in terms of aims and work. Would be great to swop ideas and experiences sometime. Keep up the great work!
