Yes about my creatine being 2.o to 3.0 for years. My kidney suffered from cycolsporine toxicity ~~to high trough levels and the Cyclo just didn't like my Kidney. So I was on Cyclosporine for about 4 years or so, and they changed me to Prograf~~after starting Prograf my creatine was 2.0-2.5 for years 'actually until a few moonths ago'. One of the reasons on my creatine jumping around was that my Pancreas was grafted to the bladder and deydration was a problem....so in 2002 they did a Enteric conversion (Pancreas to small intestine) and I was pretty stable from that point on (Dehydration for me was always an issue with Creatine levels).. This last July when my Pancreas failed~~my creatine started rising also~~they didn't up my anti rejection meds, but did a ultra sound and saw that the Kidney was on its way out. I hoped that helped you~~~God bless you, Tracps Yes I will be listed again at UCSF & Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis :)

Thanks for sharing your story, I hope all goes well for your son. I will pray for him. I dont know too much about the BK virus. Other than they keep me on low doses of anti rejection meds which keeps the virus to a minimal. I was diagnosed with the BK virus in March '02 and my creatnine has been quite stable.
