Hi Cliff, I saw that you follow up with a different hospital than where you were transplanted. My doctors want to continue to follow up with me in Cleveland, even though I live in Michigan. Were you r docs weird about transferring your care? We're liver buddies :) Hope all is well...

No I have all my biopsies at Shands. They told me that i wouldn't have anymore routine biopsies. Only if my "Blows" were to drop. They have some great doctors at Shands.

I knew a man named Wayne that was in a transplant group in Pensacola, but I think they dissolved. Wayne had a lung transplant, but he died a couple of years ago from cancer. He was a lot of help to me while i was waiting for my transplant.
You said that you go to Shands also. Do you see DR Baz, or someone else?

My first transplant failed due to the artery in my liver. It kept clotting... they tried to fix it but it wasnt a success so they had to put me at the top of the list to get another transplant. luckily i go another one and i am doing great!!
