I am 5 months post kidney transplant and a little worried about some side effects. I have incredible insomnia, I go to bed and sleep maybe an hour then I am wide awake and can't go back to sleep. Insomnia from meds

I am 5 months post kidney transplant and a little worried about some side effects. I have incredible insomnia, I go to bed and sleep maybe an hour then I am wide awake and can't go back to sleep. I feel like a zombie, it is impacting everything now, I am too tired to move during the day yet can't sleep at night. I understand this is a common side effect of Prograf. How do others handle this?
