I've been in contact with the service provider about this issue. Seems that they're working on a solution, but no date on when it will be released.
Here's what can be done now:
When you upload your profile image, that image gets made into a square from its center to be exactly 183 pixels wide and 183 pixels in height...
If you know how to crop images using your computer's image program, simply make your image taller by adding whitespace to the top of it adding height to a copy you'll use to manipulate for your TC profile of that same image so your original will stay intact.
If you are more advanced using your computer's image program or a program like photoshop, simply crop the image to 183px. x 183px. until it looks as you'll want it to and then upload to your profile page.
